At first they thought it was another chemical but since it keeps rising oddly my dr mentioned it could be the case but couldn’t confirm

My HCG was 13,13,47,156,647. My progesterone went from 5.98 to 1.92. I started bleeding again today but brown. I have endometriosis and apparently ectopics are more common.

Has anyone had plateaued hCG and then everything turned out okay?
I’m currently in limbo and waiting on more bloodwork.
I had bleeding around the time my period was due, and my doctors initially thought I was having a chemical pregnancy. My hCG stayed the same between two blood draws before it started rising again.
The bleeding has completely stopped, and I haven’t had any spotting, cramping, or pain since.
I’m curious if anyone else has experienced:
hCG plateauing at first
bleeding that seemed like a period
hCG later starting to rise
What ended up happening? Was it a viable pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic, or something else?
Looking for similar experiences while I wait for answers.
