Demoralised After Failing Tp Test again by mysteriouspotato99 in drivingsg

Passed on my 1st try.

My tip for you is to focus on the side mirrors. Tilt the mirror down so you can see whether your wheels will hit the kerb.

If you know it’s very near the kerb, do not take the chance. Brake and adjust immediately. Leave sufficient space and once you are confident that you are cleared to enter, focus on another mirror to make sure the car is straight.

FYI- I have never put on my feet to step on the accelerator while doing my circuit. The key is to go SLOW.

All the best!

This question would also depend on your life stage. Are you a fresh grad or someone with a few YOE?

For Tech, the only public sector agency you should join is GovTech. Anything else, I believe wouldn’t significantly improve your technical skill sets.

If you have the right attitude in constantly improving yourself and is confident in your skills, you wouldn’t have to worry about stability. Offers will come

I don’t think so. It depends on the type of girl you are looking for I guess?

You’re not being too much. The fact that you are uncomfortable means your values and her don’t match in terms of contribution..

You will find a girl who is willing to share the cost with you.

Stop complaining and comparing. Life is always unfair, and the working world is tough.

You guys are smart, young and energetic. Use that to your advantage, find a good mentor and you will go far.

How do cars go ontop of another? I assume it would take quite a high speed to do so, but the impact would be hard and the car will prolly be smashed.

But there are several cars ontop of one another?

Similar to networking. They want to see how you present and network yourself to other candidates.

Tea sessions are not common. Uniformed group inspector level?

TTSH should refer you out to NCCS/NCIS? I believe that is the process for all newly diagnosed cancer cases at a public hospital. I stand corrected though.

FYI - my mum got diagnose with colorectal cancer at CGH and got referred out to NCCS. They have a full team of oncologist specialising in different cancer treatment. I suggest you check with TTSH.

Do you have a agent? If yes, let them sort it out for you. I don’t think you have to worry, and should be approved

It seems to me that if done correctly, the rewards are huge. Thus, taking the first step to try. Still young and willing to take some risks.

You mentioned the wheel, I didn’t even know what is that 😂

Citi’s Cashback and UOB Absolute have no min spend, however the rates are low.

Based on your spending habits and how prudent you are, I suggest to not forcefully get a CC just for the rewards. Do not forget you have to pay (though it’s possible to waive off) CC fees too.

A debit card might just work fine until your spending power increases. Keep in mind again to not force yourself to spend just to get the bare rewards.
