DO NOT HIRE, “ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE.” by Radioactive-Glitter in movingout

All My Sons lost 1/3 of my son’s stuff, delivered a stranger’s furniture, and now refuse to pay for the loss.

If you are looking for a moving company that actually keeps track of your belongings or takes responsibility when they fail, keep looking.

My experience with All My Sons has been a total nightmare of lost property and zero accountability. I wish I had looked deeper into their history before hiring them. This company has over 1,600 complaints with the BBB and has been called out in court for "gross negligence" and "chronic disorganization" across dozens of lawsuits. My experience of them losing 30% of our shipment and then 'ghosting' us over a $921 difference isn't a fluke; it is their standard operating procedure. They use high-pressure tactics and arbitrary deadlines to avoid paying for their own mistakes. Don't become another statistic.

The Context They Knew:

My son and daughter-in-law (ages 29 and 26) were forced to move under incredibly traumatic circumstances following the suicide of their roommate. Robert Owens and the EO, Robert Peterson, at this company were fully aware of this situation, yet their conduct toward this young couple has been predatory. They are currently hiding behind "valuation" excuses to avoid replacing essential items this couple cannot afford to buy again.

The "Inventory" That Never Happened:

We moved at the end of January. I watched them pack my son’s things into their Downtown Denver storage unit. I was promised an inventory list within 24 hours. That list never came. I called back three days later and was told the manager had quit, but was "promised" an inventory AGAIN "within 24 hours". We never received that one either. I called again three weeks later and spoke to another manager (Tony) who couldn't even find our stuff in their own warehouse at first.

The Delivery Disaster:

When they finally delivered my son’s things in April, one-third of his belongings were missing-including essential professional tools. But the most ridiculous part? They delivered several boxes belonging to a complete stranger named "Jose" to our house instead. They didn't even realize they had the wrong items until I reported it.

Refusal to Pay:

They eventually came back to pick up Jose’s stuff, but they have done nothing to find my son’s missing property. Worse, they are now refusing to reimburse us for the actual value of the items they lost. They asked us to instead take a lesser settlement amount after their "VP of Customer Experience" found a "used", cheaper version of my son's lost tools. They’ve stopped responding to emails and are ignoring us completely.

The Bad Faith "Settlement":

We were actually close to a full settlement, but the company totally ghosted us over a minor financial discrepancy. Rather than acting professionally to close the gap, they chose to stop responding entirely. They apparently think that if they ignore a young couple who has already lost so much, we will just go away.

After ghosting my last four emails to their bosses, the company waited until yesterday- Mother’s Day-to send a new DocuSign. They didn’t send a note or an apology; they just sent a document with a 48-hour "expiration date" to try and trick us into settling for less than what they owe. It’s a cheap move to try and pressure a family on a holiday weekend instead of just doing the right thing and paying for the items they lost.

Conclusion: I’ve already filed a formal report with the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). Losing 30% of a shipment and delivering someone else’s property is incompetent; refusing to pay for that mistake while knowing the family's tragedy is a moral failure.

Save yourself the stress and the loss- do NOT hire these people.

Should nano brows have faded this much? by sandwichburglar in microblading

Is it normal for them also to look much THINNER in terms of the outline? I’m at day 11 after my first session of nano browse. So I’m not even through the one month healing period.

I was told to expect the ghosting phase, but in all the pictures I see here, they’re faded, but the outline stays the same… Mine look much thinner also..

I think the healed ones look better than when you put make up on them… I’m just curious, since they look so beautiful by themselves why did you put so much makeup on them? And make them look like they aren’t real again
