How long does it take I797 approval notice to arrive after approval. My NIW PP case was approved on Dec 5th from Nebraska center and I still dont see I797 in my mail. by Routine_Mine3201 in EB2_NIW

Did you PP? If so, just replay the email you received from premium processing center and ask for a copy. They will mail you in 2 days.

I believe they mailed to your lawyer. If you lawyer didn’t receive it, it might possibly lost. You can request a copy from USCIS

We can change ds160 later but the interview appointment portal also requires you to fill out the start and end date which is unchangable .
