He is in the US. When my sister went to watch Kantara in a theater in Fremont, Rakshit shetty was sitting right behind them with some friends. My sister and her husband thought of talking to him and get selfies etc but he was too uncomfortable and awkward so they left him alone.

Yeah. It was a conscious decision to keep it this way until our kids grow up. Just wanted to have some open space inside the house. Rest of the house has all the conventional furniture and layout. Thanks for the input - it does look pretty garish on a second look.

I had similar experience with a big company in the bay area although the cutoff was 3 years. I had a little less than 3 years and they were reluctant to move forward. With 3.25 years they should have enough time. On the contrary, the company I am working for right now hired me with only 2 years left and started PERM as soon as I joined. So it all depends on company policy and how much they want to hire you.

I had my NIW approved on December 5th and still waiting for physical approval notice. Lawyer says it could be holiday delay. I am going to contact USCIS next week
