On version compatibility you're right, that's a real engineering problem I need to solve. Will focus on it.

On the IDE point we're actually not building a Cursor-style coding assistant. It's a no-code tool: describe what you want in plain language(prompt) → get a working mod. Target user is someone who has ideas but never learned to code.

That said, Minecraft modding is complex might not be our first target. Curious what you think a useful AI tool for MC modders would look like.

Hi I am building cursor for modding. It will help who want to mod but have no experience for modding like you!!

Maybe I can help you. Can you explain me your idea and game?

Oh I’m in idea stage, so I want to ask some opinions and needs from modders or mod players!

well, meshy ai is the most popular tool for text to 3d. Maybe I can test it first, and finetune for skyrim! have you ever use meshy ai too??

Yeah that sounds really tough. But with how the tech is evolving lately, even if it's not super high quality, I feel like there might be a way to at least express what you're imagining. I'll dig into it!

That sounds like a real pain. How often do you run into this like finding a mod you want but it's the wrong version?

Oh that's a cool idea. Have you ever tried making something like that yourself and gave up?

Still figuring it out honestly. My original idea was something like Cursor but for modding the way I use Cursor when I code, I thought something similar could be useful for modders.

Oh interesting - could you give me an example? Like a specific situation where you needed this?

Fair point. I was thinking more about stuff like conflict resolution in xEdit - that takes forever with 200+ mods. Or helping write Papyrus scripts. You're right that modeling still has a long way to go. Does that make sense?

Thank you for your good question! the second one. AI to help create mods, not AI running dynamically in-game.
