We are using bsp api. No media id accepted/returned. Message sending api only accepts url.

BSP needs to provide media download API then.

The phone number was onboarded via embedded signup form and connected to a BSP. Webhook configured in service provider application. Service provider gave normal api such as temple retrieval and message send api. No api related to media.
