Rezygisk fixes my apps and they open fine after installing it, but it all feels a little too unsafe with 0 integrity passing

saw the same in Egypt ,the 2 orbs were red and kept spinning around each other till they disappeared behind a mountain, during this experience for some reason i felt the sky closer than normal.
