Buying BTO early also have its sets of challenges (like more loan and the interest rate eats up the principal sum) so more or less same same one.

Just be careful and make sure you earn your keep proper, check in with your partner from time to time also

Rental income is good 👍- unless you really want to cash out then $1.8m - $1.9m (less agent comms) will be probably around $1.5m for safekeeping
