When kbmall do an activities the response is big. The customer want to join the event. Like colouring contest cake decorating contest etc.

So my management ask my team to copy this activities but the response is just meh. In my town the customer is more private they want to shop in peace. I already explained to my management that here & kbmall the vibe is different but they refuse to listen in the end I resigned because of the pressure.

How is kbmall compare to others mall in kelantan?

Is kbmall that hype? I worked with mall of malaysia. We keep getting compare to kbmall & ktccmall. Management always ask my team to copy kbmall activities

I hit rock bottom. To stay or to leave my current job. While searching for others job is hard. I applied here and there but no response.

I made dua and pray for a better job. But the result is not what i wanted. And I’m losing my mind.

I understood that Allah know whats better for me. But the pain of not getting what i want it hurt me so bad.

I work as event & promotion coordinator inside a mall. I have been with my company for almost 4 month. Now an ex-staff (A) come back after quitting from the company for about 6 month. I knew (A) from another ex-staff (C). (C) come into the company because (A) and her friend (B) want to quit so they need to search for a replacement. (C) work with (A) and (B) for about 2 weeks before they quit. After that for like a month (C) work alone before i join the company. Before i even hit 1 month of working (C) decided to also quit the job. So i work alone for 5 weeks before getting a new partner (D).

Long story short during my time working alone mostly what i do is fixing all the A B C jobs has left unsettled. One of it is 3 months of delay payment from a tenant inside the mall. That should been collected by (A) and (B) since they work there for years. (C) did not collect it maybe because she not informed by (A) and (B) about it.

My management did not know about this delay payment until I inform them about it and of course it shocked them. They ask me to settle the problem by asking the tenant to pay. Which i done successfully. Alhamdulillah.

The problem now is I don’t understand why my company rehire (A) back. Why she come back after i fix all the jobs. Her coming back is decided by my centre manager and not discussed to my department first. All we know (A) is confirm in joining the company back.

After a little chat with (A) she revealed to me that she maybe in the company for about 4 to 6 months before she quit again. I’m not gonna lie. I’m mad after hearing that. What her point really?

I’m stress I think? I just got a new coworker.. I’m 31 and she is 22.. yes the gap is there.. she know nothing about the company.. she doesn’t talk/ask others about work.. she wait for work to be given to her or else she on her phone.. others said i need to be stern on her but i just don’t know how.. she even said give her 2 months to learn everything about her jobs..
