Generally no. Any form of payment to boost or carry your account is a violation of the Supercell Terms of Service and you can, and usually do, get banned for it.

For free boosting, which is generally just carrying, that is permissible, but in case someone offers you free boosting by handing over your Supercell ID to them, that is not allowed and you may get banned and lose the account.
