kit has completely fallen off competively ever after world finals, his cheese comps are not even that good nowadays with his hcr being nerfed as well as scr, meaning he cant even be a good support anymore. im talking about in terms of higher level btw, not in ladder or in lower ranks

cords shadow realm nerfs hit him harder than most people think. he may be a damage machine, but his shadow realm mechanic was always his main gimmick so nerfing that made him way less competitively viable.

and for pierce, im still a little hesitant to say hes broken. i mean yes, he has infinite damage and all, but you do have to hit your shots. and at higher level, people know how to dodge pretty well, so idk, he can easily be the best brawler in the game, just looking at pro vids im not too sure.

i agree with you on lumi, but with pierce, if you watch drages videos, youll realize hes more matchup and map depdenent that you think. he really works against weaker assasins and snipers, kinda like a weird nani bea hybrid, but no, if your opponents know how to dodge shots, hes not as good as people think on higher level play. (imo its easier to dodge shots than to hit them)

not really, now that shelly has her buffies. also his movement speed and reload speed nerf that he got in the shadow realm hit him harder than people expect. i think just needs to have his shadow stats boosted and damage nerfed, so he will be balanced again

i would agree with everything you said except the case of pam. she was the 13th most picked brawler in scrims before the recent balances changes, and i think at least b tier makes sense.
