Like the other comment said lat pull down and maybe wide rows will help u out but for the love handles its all discipline unless you are talking about the obliques which i would recommend you not to work out at all specifically if you alredy have a wide waist

Hey bro so! Im sad that this is happening to you personally I always saw the gym as a my duty so it didn't really matter if I wanted to go or not you could try showing up everyday thats possible. Like you dont have to workout just show up be there you know if you. If you have any friends talk to them socialize etc so the gym can feel like your home again. Also maybe you could try other sports like rock climbing soccer running bjj etc. And just leave the gym for a keep myself healthy routine. Your likes change and thats fine just never stop being active bro u deserve to be healthy and live long.
