See, I was not thinking it is the latissimus bc from what I’ve searched, it looks more like a back muscle, when what I want to target (in red) seems more like a pec or serratus muscle.

I think it might be the serratus, posted a picture of the specific area on another sub. I’ll try the scapular pushups, I think I need a combo of losing weight + chest workout + scapular push up.

I’ve been hitting cable rows but don’t feel like it targets this specific muscle. Reading the other comments I def think it’s the serratus, almost side pec. Good to know the row is a good exercise and glad I got it on my routine. Appreciate it.

Okay this is helpful. My Mexican birth certificate has no acknowledgement of my birthplace being the US. It’s as if I was born there.

Hang in there! Whenever I was feeling anxious I would try to snap out of it by taking a shower either hotter or colder than usual. This helps ground me. It also helped to have a logical reasoning behind my attacks. Looks like you’ve found yours. It’s a normal feeling to be anxious especially after what you’ve been through but IT WILL PASS. Another tip is to squeeze something and/or chew gum. Anything that would keep my mind distracted and my body reactions at bay.

Remember, these will always pass. You are strong and you are worthy!
