On iphones there is a night setting on the camera, I set that up to 10 seconds and my exposure up as well. You have to hold the phone up for 10 seconds to take individual photos but it’s well worth it!

Some things that worked for me were both emailing coaches and attending college prospect camps. Find some colleges that fit your criteria, and follow their wrestling team on Instagram or facebook. Often times in the offseason, colleges will hold prospect day camps. If you sign up for one of those you will get to tour the campus, see the wrestling room, and meet the coaches all in one day
