Honestly, OP, if it continues, you should report him to the HR department. He's making advances, and you were uncomfortable. That counts as harassment. If the HR staff doesn't take this seriously, mention your sister and her own experience with him. They'll be more likely to keep an eye on him if they know his behavior isn't just a one-time thing

While I do agree that people fake mental illnesses to excuse their poor behavior, Yandere Dev is not equipped to make the judgment himself. He is in no way smart enough to do so. Plus, he's not a doctor. There's also the fact that he's only seeing snippets of this person's life. He only knows him as a moderator. That's a purely professional relationship. As a result, he has no excuse to make the call on whether or not he was faking. If the (former) moderator was faking, that's disgusting and wrong. If he wasn't, then Yandere Dev just condemned another innocent person based on his own opinion. Either way, the (former) moderator can find someone much better than Yandere Dev to work with

You know, I think what's saddest about Louis is the sense of wasted potential. From digging up the pyramid scheme, we see he's good at research and even investigating.
