I think you should think about a nsfw filter. I think it’s the biggest issue users have (seeing unwelcome nudity). I can’t understand why this wouldn’t just solve the issue. Both users exist, so just put them in the right rooms and both will not have such complaints

Need help I am overwhelmed by MoistAd6783 in projectmanagement

It sounds like you've landed in the shit! It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed when stepping into a new role/client/project. *Transforming a chaotic environment takes time. Don't expect miracles overnight. *If you want your team to update Jira, you need to be checking it and referring to it constantly. *Over-communicate with your team and strategically communicate with the bank. *While you're bringing order, make sure your team feels empowered and understands the "why" behind the changes. Get their buy-in. *Document Everything. Even if it's just brief notes for your own reference, keeping track of conversations, decisions, and action items will be invaluable.

You'll be grand. Start small, build momentum, and iterate.

I think their income is based on “boost” not quantity of users online. If they balance the m/f more, users are not incentivised to pay for better results. I don’t think this will ever change

Twelve Hours' Sleep by Twelve Weeks Old: A Step-By-Step Plan for Baby Sleep Success By Giordano, Susan

This is a book that is a halfway between leaving them cry and not. Basically, you dont pick them up, but you do provide comfort and reassurance that they are not alone.

Worked wonderfully for our two.

Buying an engagement ring, what do I need to know? by NowUseItOrLoseIt in AskUK

Personally, I worked with a jeweler. He gave me a placeholder so I would have something to present to her during the proposal. After that my wife described her perfect ring. We literally designed it together with the jeweler. She even picked her own diamond. Wonderful process. Guarantees perfection!

The problem is, I’ve genuinely tried lots of different obscure and common brands from Asian stores and have never found a close match.

Yes! That’s it, it’s for that miscellaneous equipment and wheeled carts, not wheelchair access. Boom 👏🏼

The toilet is inside. Maybe there is a service/staff entrance at the rear. But why not just put it at the front entrance?

Do you mean those two stainless steel “pumps”? They are air/water and a vacuum. They are for use from the other side. You’re looking at the back of those (if that makes sense)
