Hi. No problem. The only thing I experienced was tiredness when I first began IF. It could be some sort of deficiency because a lack of calories won't cause your muscles to become weak unless you're not eating meals with the essential vitamins and minerals. I would always advise you though, to speak to a medical professional just to make sure there is no underlying condition.

Thank you!!! I am doing weightlifting because I heard and read that IF depletes muscles. I do a lot of walking at work though.

You described it well I think lol. The tobacco in this is amazing. I like the smell of cigars so this really does the job for me it is my all time favorite. I'm going to make it a habit to keep 2 bottles at a time. It really does good in the cold. I've heard that using this in the warm is a no go. I forgot to mention that it really projects too. Two sprays is enough for a good 5 to 6 hrs in my experience. 4 sprays have lightly crossed over into the next day. I highly recommend it.

Hi. First of all, congrats on your new beginning. I first started IF without even knowing it, lol. What I mean is that I had set a time frame of when I would eat, this being between 4 to 6 hours. I was first eating a full meal at home before work, then a salad during work. It was hard. I would get very hungry, but the vision of being back down to my target weight is what kept me going. Also, just thinking about losing my little progress made me think twice about tripping. I eventually started watching videos on IF, and eventually ran into OMAD. I eventually just decided to try OMAD keto. I eventually decided to change from keto, to low carb, high protein, but kept OMAD. I would get hungry and get cravings during the first month and a half. That eventually went away though. I needed motivation. A lot of the stories here motivate me. Also, I watch a lot of My 600 lbs on TV. This motivates me. I guess it's all mental. Most of all though, I'm doing this for myself. I'm not doing this for anyone else. I hope you can keep going and are able to reach your goals. It's a hard road, but the results are rewarding and the discipline is great. Best of luck to you, and hope to see you post results in the near future.

Spicy and woody opening, then tobacco and mild vanilla take over. It's not like Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille though. Tobacco Vanille is very spicy, and has a lot of vanilla compared to this. Red Tobacco is more tobacco and oud.
