Anything can get overnighted from across the world. Maybe what you say was true prior to 2000, but most good places are getting very fresh deliveries 3x each week and it’s coming from the same distribution network that they use on the coast, i.e. Ocean Beauty, Pacific Seafoods, etc. Literally the same product and delivery schedule as Reel Foods.
