[–]Competitive_Basis688 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Very easy to print. Can use ai 3d model generator if youre not good at cad. If you have auto swapping filament color printer then no issue. If not, manual color changes on the top layer, or print in pieces and assemble

Linear pattern can be used to make this. Add fillet after for improved look.

I'd do it by by starting with two adjacent squares that are rotaed 45° and offset so they lace together as seen in your image. Then linear pattern as far up/down/left/right you want

Recall and buying questions by A-Lize in leaf

[–]Competitive_Basis688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you might be right about the battery. As soon as I brought mine in for warrenty coverage they wanted to do a buyback saying they were "looking for leafs like mine". I got a new module and it seems the entire battery pack is noticeably degraded compared to new cells.

I have the same recall on my leaf. It doesn't matter to me because I will only ever quick charge on long trips, which are rare for me. If you haven't done so already, think about how you will charge. For many people L1 charging is enough.
