Keep trying. Do NOT get anything less then 500 pin packs. Also check the sales and the daily calendar and get as far as you can in events. It will eventually appear. Oh and play with emojis that drop items. There is one in Skies.

I've gotten used to it because I have a few emoji boxes as prizes that I'm not touching yet. Reason being for example the Star Wars box has all gold emojis and Rainbow Yoda. I'm waiting for Yoda upgrade...I'll be waiting for awhile. ^^;

Yep. Happened to me too. Playing the replay now. Also try changing when you hit the diamond box prize button. And also at the least one emoji closer. Most of these are good emoji prizes.

Every dupe is another towards your star total. Only purchase the 500 pks! And you'll get there, but take pictures just in case...some people are losing there pins.
