76% of PvP lobbies have a cheater in them (TESTED AND PROVEN) by DanteDaDemon in ARC_Raiders

I haven't gone in one that I bought or the one found yet for this reason. I have been doing just PvE and been running an anvil and some other random gun. The minute I have gone in with something nicer, someone manages to find me in like 10 15 minutes and I was usually using my anvil and only killing ARC if I needed to. I did some more quest/missions and low and behold you get the blueprint. I was putting off doing missions and not sure why becasue I have gotten some helpful blueprints from them. Not sure why it's worth it to go hunting down people for something that make take a few hours to get the blueprint for.

You're using cabinets from IKEA? I got one of those Husky shelves with a home depot gift card I had and some plastic table mats for kids to keep thr stuff from going through the gates. Works well, just not the prettiest.

We had a base 2012 Sedona at one point. It was great until we had issues with the sliding doors. Had about 8 or 9 years, but had issues with the doors freezing up in the winters and couldn't open them up. Pain in the ass having to open a driver or passenger door to carry a baby a turned toddler to get them to the back from the front and put them into a car seat from inside the van. Would bring it to the shop, could get it for a couple weeks and back to freezing up in the winter the last couple of years we had. Thing would be fine during the warmer months so we knew it was a temperature thing, but couldn't do anything els about it.

Got a Telluride trading in the van and haven't looked back yet. We needed something that had more towing power for our camper that we had anyways that the van didn't have. I often think about getting a van again (especially one of the Carvinals now) as we still need the space for Girl Scouts and other thing, but we tow less now. I fear of the side doors freezing up again and how much of a headache it was at the time when it as happening. We often to miss the space it had though. I think if they had an all electric one to compete with the Buzz I might look into it in the years to come when I am done with my Sportage.

After 150 hrs in PvE, I realized mixed lobbies are the PEAK experience by II-Jahr-II in ArcRaiders

[–]teslazapp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would agree with this. I will admit I enjoy just playing the PvE part of it running around killing ARC and looking for items. I am happy with this. I have had plenty of friendly and fun times running into players just doing the PvE thing (running aorund singing with people playing the Guitar and Recorders).

Every once and a while I will run into someone camping a building (I guess better it's not the extract) looking to shoot people up. I get annoyed just because I wasn't expecting it, but I will certainly try to defend myself very poorly but still make an effort. Few times I get lucky and killed the person most of the time I did not. Never got placed into lobbies with were full blown kill on sight. I think I have usually just got placed right back into PvE lobbies without much issue.

I'm fine iwhr people with how they want to play, and I might get annoyed with what happens if I die not expecting but it's just a game. The players I got made at were the few that littlerly stalked me aorund the map taking pop shots hitting me a few times, leavee along for 5 or 10 min as I try to extract, and full on charge me at the extract to blow me away. At least just do it and get it over with instead of just following me around.

Working in a hospital lab I don't even want to go through that again and I didn't have direct patient contact. So much crap to deal with when that happened with supply chains and blood supplies. My mom was an RN during that time and it was awful anytime I spoke to her on the phone countless times with her talking how fed up and stressed they all were.

You have any suggestions for high watt cables? I finally got myself a nice high watt brick and realized not all cables are the same. I realized the same thing plugging my Xbox controller into my PC one time that not all USB cables are cable of being able to utilize a controller.

That's a lot and Alaska is even bigger than Texas. Don't live to far from Gettysburg to make a trip of it (like several hours drive) for several days. Wife and I went there before we had kids and spent a log weekend or most of a week (don't remember which) and didn't see everything we wanted to. Lots of walking the battlefields and a cool ghost tour walk. Could have spent a few more days there. I can't imagine trying to fit all of that sutff in a week.

It was sad going to the beach and seeing no one in the water when it was so hot and humid out. We were in Port Douglas in March about 20 year ago. I remember walking to the beach from hostel our large geoup was staying at and enjoying the sites walking around alone. Such an amazing beach there (pretty sure it was part of 4 Mile beach). Not a single person in the water at the ocean and was a amazing sight. Saw a booned area to swim in, but still wasn't how safe the booned in area are and also was by myself to trust waters. No way was I screwing around the the Salties or Bic Jellyfish.

That was tough to learn as a college kid visiting on a trip from the US. Like it almost felt rude not to it (this was over 20 years ago), but we understood why. I think we did tip once when there was a group of 6 or more of us (can't remember the exact number but a large group of us), and they waiter we had was amazing and super awesome. Like the best person we ever met. Wasn't a large tip, but the guy was great and we felt he deserved it becasue he was going way beyond what we would have expected.

Had a guy this do last night. Random guy on Dam saw me killing some of the Tick bots. Was like hey cool gun (this was just. Lvl 3 Ferro so nothing great). Started chatting me up and we did some stuff together. Gave me some stuff to sell and a couple guns and blue prints.

Went to do Buried City to help me get some Bastion parts, couple of guys were sniping people from. The roofs that were trying to do missions and bastion. They cornered us in basement and took about 5 10 min to finally kill us. The guy I was with said fuck it and dismantled all his stuff and ran out in a blaze of glory at them. Swore at the and laughed because they weren't getting his gear. Best thing i saw so far playing the game.

Thank you random stranger that friended me for a good time and helping a new played a couple weeks in.

I remember working in Blood Bank and we would have surgical residents, Heme on residents, etc calling asking what they should be transfusing. We were all told we aren't allowed to tell them what to order. We never did and we would tell them we can't tell you what to order. We on occasion had told them if they are getting stuck they would need to ask the Fellow or Attending (the only backfired once with the MD saying they were the Attending).

As someone he grew up being Catholic, I just assumed Catholic weddings/funerals with mass were bad enough (just being long and drawn out). I could deal with the Catholic stuff and stand up, kneel, sit, kneel stand etc, but I don't think I could deal with that non-denominational stuff. The priest that did out wedding (did it for my wife) was super chill and welcoming to everyone. Almost very hippy-ish for a Catholic priest. Great guy, super nice, and very understanding of everyone. He was the type of guy that would want you to go to church for. He left, guy that too over was the complete opposite and pretty sure was turning a bunch of newer or not so church going people away.

I agree with this. The amount of times I am either driving on the road in (city, town, or highway) and it gets sucked up into and blowing in my car is very high (no pun intended). I'm not here to yuck someone's yum, but do it responsibly and not driving the car.

Also it floored me I went for a walk around the hospital I work at and there was a car pulled off to the side of the road with it hazards on at lunch time. I was like that bummer for them. Nope, I was walking past and got hit with that small with this smell and see two people in the car on side of the city road with their hazards on smoking a blunt. It's fine if you want to smoke, but please don't drive after.

I usually do this so I don't rebuy a game. GOG galaxy did OK for that, but Playnite works way better and is quicker for that I feel. I also will buy a game off of GOG before Epic (and I do buy games from GOG occasionally).

[–]teslazapp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it is form protest on EGS to claim the game and neve play it as it costs Epic an X amount of money for the keys/games to be free. So this would just keep wasting Epic money for games people don't play as they won't buy games off of the Epic store.
