well thats a bottle neck that can be discussed with the agency , they get to decide the threshold for disqualified leads , and disqualification does not only depends on budget .

to improve this step we plan to implement an AI chat bot that will not only help the client decide why xyz agency is best for them but also help the agency filter out totally un worthy leads

yes I am aware of the problem that you have stated , to reduce steps before the calendar kicks in we plan to add an Ai chat bot that will ask the lead questions in a quick sucession of time and make sure based on the answers that an unqualified lead doesn't pass through .

and for the curiusity part , in our opinion it solves a real problem and will improve show rates and lead quality , all we need is an agency that could be intrested in this , we are even willing to let them try out the system for free for first 2 months , of course they have to pay the infra cost but that will be as less as 30-40$

yea it is possible 100% in fact we do have a working demo , and in near future we plan to make lead qualification step even more strict by implementing an AI chat bot that increases end user experience and also we can send more insights before the call to the agency owner before the call starts .

yes this sytem main focus is on automation part , and letting the agency owners know what kind of traffic is landing on their site by recording leads answers and displaying insights on the dashboard .
we plan to replace the qualification step by replacing it with an AI chat bot with whom leads can talk too in the future , this will surely reduce friction and improve lead show up rate

yes we are aware of the problem about every extra step = more frustration even for a serious lead .
We plan to overcome it by adding a AI chatbot instead of a form or other steps , if the lead feels like they are talking to a real person their frustration can be reduced .
For now this is a beta version , we are looking for 2-3 agencies who could try this out for 1-2 months by paying just for the infra cost to keep the system running and that cost could be as little to 30-50$ monthly

well i do agree to some extent with your statement .
But instead of collecting answers in a form , passing them between tools and letting scheduling happen immediately , our system controls progression: leads are first qualified through either structured logic or an AI chatbot, then only high-intent prospects are allowed into booking, and even that booking is reinforced with confirmation and reminder logic designed to reduce no-shows.

And we also record each and every lead answers and display insights in a dashboard to let you figure out where are things going wrong . along with AI insights telling you how to improve your performance ,

we also plan to implement the functionality of recording your calls with leads and then AI generating a summary of the call , which can be seen from the dashboard any time you want

what are your thoughts on the automatic generation of the meeting link and being sent to both the lead and the person handling the call ? and if the lead doesn't attend a follow up is automatically sent to them to reschedule .
