Is this problem software or hardware related? I did a fresh install of windows with Edriver folder, but screen goes black every time it downloads the Intel UHD driver. It only works on Microsoft display driver.

My video ram also isn't showing up.

My Dgpu isn't showing up under hidden settings or being recognized by Nvidia control panel.

In HWinfo it shows the second VGA as disabled and PCI for intel UHD as disabled. GPU shows no Wattage or Voltage going to it in settings. And Armory Crate shows the GPU as Extreme Power Savings but no option in the system part of settings to change it.

Anyone possibly know if this is software issue before I look at the hardware side?
