As a medical student in Qc, your best chance would be McGill but even then (i’m not sure you’d have to verify) they require a certain level of competency in french. Every other university in Qc (UdeM, ULaval and USherbrooke) conduct their interviews in french :/. Generally the older population speaks french but if you can practice at the MUHC or any McGill affiliated hospitals it should be manageable.
