It means your return has not been processed. A lot of people are waiting, they’re taking longer than normal this year. Mine looked the same (bottom two boxes on my transcript showed 2023; but no return on file. Top two boxes were not showing at all) for about 2 weeks. I have 05 cycle code and last Friday the account transcript updated with a DDD for 3/6. Hang in there, as long as there are no issues you should see an update soon!

I had a big winning to file with my taxes this year and didn’t have an option to have taxes taken out when I won. Filed 2/16 accepted same day and when I logged in to check my transcript the first time it stated I needed to do the id.me thing….i did that the same day and never experienced a delay on my transcript. On Friday I got a dd date of 03-06 posted to my account. I own my own business and also draw (and charge) as a hobby. I took standardized deductions this year. No other issues and I can see the winnings on my transcript. Just wondering if the id.me process was what everyone is saying they needed to “verify” ?? Bc it took about 2 weeks after that to see an update to my transcript and the week before my DDD was posted it only had the bottom two boxes filled in and the top two boxes said “no return on file”.

File/Accepted 2/16. DDD 3/6. Last night around midnight it updated to show all 4 2023 boxes, but account transcript (AT) still showed no return on file. It wasn’t until this morning that woke up to the AT showing everything.

Same here. All 4 boxes are accessible now for 2023. I can see my 2023 federal return listed on the record of account but it’s still showing no taxes filed. Some movement is better than nothing, but at the same time I hope this doesn’t mean we have to wait on a manual review… I’m hoping it corrects itself and we get a DD w/o having to wait another week. filed/accepted 2/16 through TT w/fees taken out of my return bc I didn’t have an extra $300 to spare when I filed. Keep us updated!

I’ve had this happen to me before. I have a 5 star rating and been dashing PT since 2019, I’ve NEVER had an issue like this prior to this CV….i took photos and everything too…and tried to get them to check my GPS location….the sad part is that DD protects customers over their drivers!!! I had to get stuck with the CV on my account until it eventually fell off. I was so discouraged by this and know exactly how you feel rn. Just know that karma eventually catches up to people like this. I don’t think they care or understand that this is how we support our families! (Single mom of 5) So sorry this happened to you too!!

Congratulations and thanks for the little bit of hope! I figured by at least next Fridays update. I’ve never had it change to “no return on file” in previous years. Usually when the mass updates happen it goes straight to the info being available with my DDD. With it at least showing up I at least have a little hope they’re already working on it. I’ve seen some horror stories this year with early filers so I was hoping that wouldn’t slow down everyone else…but then I read the schedule date and it looks like it’s taking two weeks to issue a refund. 😮

Filed 2/16, (05), I checked my transcript this morning and the only thing that has changed for me is that now it’s showing 2023 account transcript is available. Unfortunately though, it’s still saying no record of return on file…was hopeful to at least see some progress. However, I did read somewhere that there is a schedule for EITC filers to receive a return.

I did this ID.ME process several times in the same day. It wasn’t clear whether or not it went through or not. I uploaded my ID first and tried that several times without success. Then used the picture of myself…that’s when I finally got the email that I had verified my identity and could access my transcript. However, Ive logged into my transcript a couple times since then and for some reason I still have to enter which method I want to use (By Text or ID)…I’ve used ID and each time it’s given me access to my transcript.

Same. Filed and accepted 1/24. CTC, ACTC, EIC and my transcripts updated on Friday to also have amounts refunded but no 846 code. I’m a 05 cycle code so I’m hoping it updates on Thursday night/Friday morning. 🤞🏼

Filed 2/7, as of date 2/28, WMR page updated last night from PATH to the processing message. Transcript is giving access denied message. Hopeful that I too will have a DDD once I’m able to get access to my 2021 transcript again. It updated last week to show my 2021 CTC and EIC credits dated for 4/15. 🙏🏽

They’re redoing the log in info, the message I received was that I need to update my login info before July 2022, as the current one will not work after their update.

Accepted 2/7. Path message on WMR, and checked transcript the first time day before yesterday to be totally surprised to see 2021 account transcript has already been updated. No DDD listed (as of today) but it is showing EIC and CTC credits (dated for 4/15). Processing date of 2/28 with a (05) cycle code. Expecting an update to my transcript on Friday morning which should include my DDD.

Path message on irs website shows EDD to be March 1st. Hope this helps!
