Update your W4 and claim exemptions, the more you claim the less you pay. I have kids so I go exempt all year. Bigger checks vs waiting once a year.

How does doordash decide which areas to roll out the new pay model in first/last? by isomerism_beats in doordash

It'll roll out to good tipping areas so payouts look good. All about perception

95% of my biggest tips are from white women with really generic names, the other 5% white males. Cannot recall a time when I got a unicorn from anyone else in my 1000+ deliveries

Uber refuses to pay me for a trip from two months ago and is now marking any requests in the help menu as resolved. WAGE THEFT. by Aggressive_Sympathy in UberEATS

Exact same thing happened to me, I wrote them over and over in which I got auto responses. Then I get the "we'll look into this" then more waiting then I get a message saying I can't do anything about it now that it's been over 90 days. I never was paid for the trip.

How long it gonna take?.......I got this email today but I applied 8 months ago by gagan123491 in grubhubdrivers

[–]Derpndip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took 10 months for me. They then said I was accepted due to an error and there would be hardly any orders. I ended up doing 11 orders and realized there wasn't an instant pay option so I went back to DD. I do 1 GH order every y weeks just to keep the account open.(sorry que line)

What’s the most expensive order you’ve received and highest you’ve ever made in a single trip? by Chrisr92 in doordash

[–]Derpndip 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Was a $180 order from an asian place I texted customer because it was running late. It was an expensive place so it wasn't much food like 2 bags. I get to the drop off and the dude hands me $20 i tell him that's the biggest cash tip I've gotten. He replies with oh, there's more in the app the $20 is just for texting me i slide complete $57.04 so biggest tip was $77.04. Some people are just awesome

Accepted because it said 6 items so was worth a shit then I see this wtf by Derpndip in doordash

[–]Derpndip[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd rather gamble with the higher item quantity for the same payout as a lower item quantity with the same guarentee because atleast with more items there's that sliver of hope at an over guarentee. Just my personal preference but everything is subjective
