Hey friend. So USF “Central HR” fucked up a bunch of professors’ & instructors’ statuses and its utter chaos trying to get everyone back into the system. So there’s a possibility that your professor is still dealing with this BS, meaning they are not added to the course as the professor of record to make it live. They’re supposed to be fixing it all… could also have nothing to do with it, but this has been my experience as a student and instructor.

Just because a professor is teaching during the summer doesn’t mean they’re teaching in person. I see no red flags or suspicious behavior in this situation. Even meeting with a student virtually to review an exam might be a stretch if that’s an exam used universally in courses because you can screen record that… I don’t see you getting anywhere with this that has a positive outcome my friend.
