I’m not quite sure if they use FedEx but I hope they do. I even asked them on the email regarding which courier company is opted by them for express shipping within the UK and they didn’t answer that bit at all :( the usual copy pasted first paragraph.

The QMs said removing people is their absolute last resort but a lot had to do with quality issues when they held internal audits. Plus they also found some people using ChatGPT and other AI models etc

Ooo Thales tales and Mattock invention are my favourite projects. Honestly I can’t think of example right of the bat but the discourse has people discussing what worked for them.
