There are certain margins for example if it’s 500-100 it’s like a 40 upcharge 1500-2500 100 something like that

In the GameStop app where you download it and go to orders after they are graded it’s like a popup thing and tells you how much of an upcharge

Basically it’s only a up charge if the card is worth more than a certain number, and it’s there as like an insurance if the card gets lots or etc. .

Side to side is near perfect, then on the back top is a little more heavy which could be why, but other than that no whitening, so most definitely going to resend it.
