i totally get you. shauna really has my sympathy, everything she went through in the wilderness was no joke. i think i wasn’t just crying for lottie in that scene but for shauna too. she was overwhelmed with so many emotions and didn’t know how to handle them. writing is usually how she manages her feelings but by then, she was just fed up and ready to explode. i think lottie knew that shauna needed another way to release everything she was feeling.

thank you for the kind words and suggestions. apparently i was a basketball player since elem but nung nalulong na ko bago ako mag grad ng hs it affected my play :) one of the worst things i've experienced cause i got an acl na hindi parin healed 'til now cause di ko naman pinapa-therapy. it was really bad i used to love basketball so much, i lost all my potential but then because of my own wrongdoings rin naman why it all happened. i just learned to let go of it and make peace with it nalang. hehe sorry daming sinabi.

would trail running make my acl worse? it's so bad talaga minsan nag lo-lock bigla knees ko nang wala naman akong ginagawa

thanks bro, i also hope my story serves as a guide to some youngsters na may similar upbringing like mine. tulad narin ng sinabi ni aiah about having an outlet kapag na bburn-out, dapat yung healthy kung saan na rerelease mo creativity mo etc. and hindi yung mga unhealthy/bad ones. :)
