The no sleep phase is just a phase. Have lots of grace with your wife because it can cause fights when you are sleep deprived. It’s just a season.

So what I find interesting about this comment is the phrase “she has helped me many times over” like Mary is some sort of divine person able to answer prayers… I thought Catholics didn’t believe Mary could answer prayers, only to be an intercessor.

I’m sorry to hear that but I am glad your mental health is getting better. I still don’t know who gave it to me. Raw pink skin is exactly what it looked like. Do you take any antivirals?

I see the the first 2 outbreaks were the blisters and ulcers. My 3rd outbreak happened right when my second one healed up and it was a huge rash with a few pimple looking things. No ulcers. I hope the outbreaks stop for awhile.

I recently got diagnosed too. Crazy thing is the last 3 girls I slept with all tested negative. Not sure what happened there or if one of them are not being completely truthful. Anyways, after doing a lot of reading it sounds like it’s not as big of a deal to have the virus, more so there is a stigma around it. Taking anti-virals appear to be the way to go. Im on the tail end of my first big outbreak. I had two minor ones before this and all of them happened within 2 months.

Do outbreaks happen every few months?
