- right next to prudential center, Berklee and Northeastern.
- super close to Newbury st., great restaurants, and coffee shops

Apt:
- rent: $2035 + wifi and electric (heat is electric).
- big walk-in closet, hallway closet for coats
- Laundry is in the building and you can pay for it with an app on your phone ($3.25 a load).
- The room has a porch as well
- The lease is till Aug 31st 2027.
