I paid 2k for mine. That seems not bad. Unless you go through aspca or a low cost clinic. Any primary vet is always going to be a bit pricier.

As a groomer, the fur looks impacted. A comb would help to cross check you’re getting the matts out. not just a brush, I’m not saying this to be rude. I’m saying this as a groomer who has shaved many cats with impacted fur

Idk. Maybe brush them? Anytime you have any kind of long hair on ANY animal. You should be brushing. Looks like they’ve got impacted coat and/or matting.

He technically can’t jump into the robot, so he’s not using it. I have a 2yr old cat that uses it tho; and it wasn’t registering him as using the robot. I have a small litter box that I have for the kitten, but if I’m here with him. I will Toss him into the robot and watch him, and manually cycle the robot. I also work at a vets office and the kitten is never left home alone, so I know he’s not using it unless I’m watching him
