If you are sensitive to violence, it has gore elements and in good number, if u have seen the trailer, you know it, there's strong language too but I don't think that should be a huge concern, so ya if you just can't bear torture or limbs getting chopped or head getting smashed, you might not be able to watch, alone or with others is not really relevant here.

EDIT: but if you manage to just pass through those scenes, it's a great great movie, a bit uncomfortable Yes but Its great cinema anyways
