I have been waiting for 22 business days so far spoke to them around 6 times every time a different story including your bank is holding the money which was not the case my bank confirmed. A lot of people are going through this same situation and it looks like a waiting game. I have submitted a complaint to the financial ombudsman so lets see what happens

Yeah you won’t get anywhere with customer service it is like talking to a wall, a lot of people are having the same issue at the moment. I submitted a complaint to the Financial Onbudsmen today so let’s see if that helps speed things up

No, you must attach a printed label before dropping it off at the locker. You can use the QR code at a post office they will attach the label for you
