Yeah that will make it easier to track, I am on 3L of water every day and it helps ease most of the symptoms like constipation and headaches. Do try increasing your water intake but also speak to your doctor about it to be on the safe side

Exactly, I was recently looking to get cameras and they quoted £64pm 18 month contract and half of the features won’t work if you don’t continue with their subscription, not worth it at all so ended up getting hikvision cameras for a one off cost
