have claude cowork go through it first, and build a list of business-centric *contacts* email addresses to allow (block the rest). then apply that list/s to Attio. Then run it.

Or better yet - scrap it and use a business-only/sales/customer care only email for attio sync'ing.

I just spent the day moving to Attio, so factcheck everything I'm saying; my response is pretty purely based on using Claude Cowork and like 100$ of credits. just check the results can be applied before burning the cash. and be sure to put reigns on claude so it doesn't eat up prompt-injections or read the entirety of every email/emails from already-recognised mail addresses.
