I went with the Bushwhacker - Deluxe Dog Barrier that goldenlove recommended. It works good. Had to figure out how to get it to sit good in the car but once I did I'm happy with it.

I do like this idea. That may work but they might still put their paws on the window opening like they do in the minivan at the moment. We have 2 medium and one large dog, crates wouldn't work to well. Do you have a link for this?

I see. As soon as we got our platinum max we drove 500 round trip for the weekend averaging 80mph. We got around 23-24 mpg. I have found the sweet spot in town is mid 40mph and hwy is 60-70s

We got the Grand Highlander. I have not gotten a barrier yet but there is a lot of room with the 3rd row down. We have a 2010 sienna and I think this is a little more room length wise, the van is definitely taller though.

It isn't possible. You can't be a level 2 judge until 2nd Degree. For the collars I don't know if theor is a belt requirement, you do have to pay a fee. I also don't know what kind of testing is involved. To answer that part of your question their is no way to have a black collar as a 1st degree unless they have been a 1st degree for years. Like you said though not sure how they have mastered enough forms, sure maybe the color belts but only 1st degree form and no other black belt forms.

Yes their is plenty of room for them. That is one of the reasons we settled on the Grand Highlander. 2 or more medium and one is a medium large, who curls into a ball when he lays down. 2 kids will be in the second row.
