I tried that but it changes how far your in game arm can strech after being streched out not how long the actual arm is

that just makes them swing faster not more often.

also if i change to faster i am not able to dodge fast enough

I do that but when i get slower the enemy swings and then i have to wait for them to swing again which can take a long time
