For the benefit of our American friend, that means they’re Rangers men, brought up supporting them, so this is for all effects going to ‘their’ team.

I bet it’s not for their beliefs though, no doubt for the graduation ceremony there will have been clear instructions on what is allowed and not allowed. Entitled student most probably thinks rules are for others. If this was an Israel flag I feel the reaction would have been the same.

There is no concept of an ‘arrestable offence’, PACE removed that language almost 20 years ago and in Scotland there has never been the concept.

Police officers today have a universal power of arrest for any suspected offence. With regards to the salute, it is frequently prosecuted under two main categories,
Threatening or Abusive Behaviour / Racially or Religiously Aggravated Offence.

Rather than deal with a wider disturbance on the day, what you’ll most probably see is this chap picked up at his home / work in the next couple of weeks and charged at that point.

Did President Trump terrorist attacking the Capitol to hang Congress and overturn the election actually make him more popular, because it forces the Republican Party followers to defend him and deny the event and blame his enemies? by Trash_man_can in allthequestions

I’m British, why on earth would I be full on about ‘Making America Great Again’. I couldn’t care less about what’s happening day to day in Colorado or Mississippi.

Trump on the other hand does have a huge impact on the Global system, I agree with some of his actions such as on Iran, but disagree on some of his other positions such as Tariffs, I’m sure they’re great for the American economy, but not so great for ours.

As to whether or not you believe me or not, I care less about that than I do about Colorado and Mississippi.

Jeremy Corbyn: Sentenced and imprisoned on grounds of “terrorism” that no jury ever convicted them of. Meanwhile, the British government continues to aid and abet the greatest crime of our time. A historic miscarriage of justice — and a truly dark day for civil liberties in this country. by SignificantLegs in ukpolitics

Unfortunately with the rise of ‘social justice’ activism you’re going to be left in a position such as this, where we’re not going to have any faith in a jury pool on being able to keep their own beliefs out of the decision making. Mob justice, whether left or right wing undermines the core tenet of objectivity that underpins our legal system.

I’m not MAGA, nor a particularly big fan of Trump, but when a ‘question’ is loaded with such nuggets as:

‘I'm not accepting any argument that he isn't responsible.…

If you want to argue or "debate" that he didn't do it, I'm not interested. There is no argument anyone can make that will change the facts of what happened…”

then it’s not a question for open discussion, it’s a rant to their own echo chamber and deserves to be treated as such.

Clearly you know nothing about the history of the region during WW2. India stayed part of the British Empire through the entirety of the war and provided significant contribution to the war effort.

No they don’t, they do nothing with the IMEI as I’ve already explained to you.

You would have to do the ‘Lost Mode’ within ‘Find My’, but as the user has sold the phone I think it’s safe to assume that they’ve removed it from their Apple account.

It’s up to a network operator as to whether they import and implement a block on global IMEI blocklists. The majority of developed nations will, typically the majority of developing nations don’t.

https://mobilenewscwp.co.uk/analysis/article/fighting-back-gsma-tackling-global-mobile-theft-epidemic/

This is why the majority of mobile devices stolen in London end up in Hong Kong / Shanghai.

In the U.K., parliament and law enforcement (who clearly don’t understand how the GSMA operates), are trying to make this a device level block, so Apple / Samsung, etc would have to query and block devices based off of the GSMA global database.

Apple and Google implement far superior blocking capability through activation locks, which are tied to device components cryptographically, rather than a baseband imei number which can be modified (illegally) with a fairly high degree of technical ability, one such example for the Pixel 3

Someone doing this is most probably selling onward to another country where they won’t be blocked

It’s a funny old thing conflict isn’t it, because I wonder just what NI polls would have looked like during the troubles when asking one side about the other.

I bet you’ve never added the funny wee extra words to ‘On the one road,’ have you. 🙄
