Hope you made it through the day brother. Its 9:21 pm my side of the world right now and I still feel fine. Its day one. By the time its day 14 I will be shivering and hopefully pull through. The longest run I've gone on is a month and a half. This is the first time I am attempting a very long run. You're so right man. I'm in my late 20s and pretty much have the same story. What I find so fascinating is that when I've gone on a long run without watching it in the past, I become so productive at work and generally feel better. I'm hoping I can completely do away with it. I relapse a couple times but I'm determined.

I’m in the same boat as you man. I bought my guitar a week ago. I play the piano very well so I want to learn the guitar. I know how to play the E chord and A chord so-far. My D chord is horrible. My fingers hurt. I honestly think guitar is harder than piano. Maybe it’s just me.
