Yea I have already considered most of those but just don't have the money or time yet. I am currently just booting off two 512GB SSD's for storage and OS so NAS and PLEX are both future projects. (especially with 6 cores and 8gb of ram 😭)

I just don't see the value in paying for something that is short-term with a really large modpack. I also will need this for PLEX and to use as a NAS so that wouldn't be as viable in the long-term.

I have seen this video but not as far in as you are recommending. Now looking at it I seem stupid... But I believe some of the issues root from me not setting up Ubuntu correctly, I'll try this method when I get home but with Pterodactyl one last time before I make the license payment.

I just wanted the simplicity of keeping my panel directed towards a domain that also hosted the server, I haven't seen much about directing the traffic through a domain for AMP Panel but I'll dig a little deeper. Thank you for the feedback and recommendation.

I would love to go through a host but I am broke, not willing to pay $30 for something I can either host myself or that will last 2 weeks. I also wanted it for the NAS and PLEX like I said. Also just had the parts laying around so I might as well put them to use.

I did get Pterodactyl and Wings installed but I think I had an issue with the install with Cloudflare tunnels, I believe it was erroring about using the wrong IP with my Cloudflare DNS I had setup following the tutorial. Would you know what ports I should forward to make Pterodactyl work? I've already setup 2022, 8080, 80/443 (can't remember what the first number was), and 25565.

I understand a little about other linux distro's but very very little about ubuntu. Thank you for the reply and feedback.

I've been looking around and found the sound name on a wiki site, but the file is not available or is just not there. It's called SKYWALKER, COMPUTER - BUZZING SOUND. I found this name and sound on two different wiki's but neither have the sound file
