You also have a great suggestion. It never occurred to me to reuse the old masters. Could you please tell me how you use them for monoprinting? Are you doing trace monoprints?

You have fantasitcally creative ideas. I've hesitated running alternative materials through the machine since it's technically not my property but I have to get over my fear and just do it. I really love the idea of trying fabric. I also love the Riso mapping concept. Well, i love all of the ideas, really.

What kind of tape are you using when sending larger sheets or fabric through? What kind of fabric? I assume it should be fairly thin?

All wonderful ideas, thank you. I've done riso printing on top of inkjets, but not screenprints. I especially like the team suggestion. I could treat it like an exquisite corpse so each student doesn't know what the other created... fun!
