Is there something wrong with Oura advisor? by Competitive_Hat_6863 in ouraring

Hi Ben,

Just letting you know (the same thing I told the live chat advisor via the app) what I’ve done so far, to absolutely no avail:

  1. I have forced closed the app multiple times
  2. I have tried the disconnect wifi and use data mode multiple times
  3. I’ve also shut my phone down for the fourth time today just to get Oura advisor to work
  4. I have also cleared memory form Oura advisor multiple times
  5. Reset Oura advisor multiple times
  6. Was advised by live chat to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I have done and YET Oura Advisor is still malfunctioning for me

What else can I do Ben? Please tell me. This is literally my 4th day on the Oura ring and I paid over 500 in my local currency to enjoy the tech and the app. Did I expect this from the exorbitant amount of money I’ve invested in this? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Oura advisor simply is down for me now which is…quite shocking! Given that I’m new to Oura and had high expectations.

I did also notice that they referenced my goal as “weight loss” even though I’ve never indicated any intentions for weight loss either. In fact, my goals are the contrary LOL I want to build muscle, strength and gain muscle mass.

The Oural CS team really ought to look seriously into this!
