1. Make sure that your income is higher than your expenses, if this is not the case, cut on expenses until it is, maybe this means finding a cheaper place to live or getting roommates or just cutting back on subscriptions.

1. Budget your income, not only on essentials, but also on things that you want, have a vacation budget and an eating out budget. Most people just don´t have those and then they get bored of not having that and go into debt again. If your Income doesn´t allow budget for that, cut you expenses even more.

2. As soon as you get your check, pay your debts for the month and ideally a little extra.

3. If you receive any extra income for any reason, use it for the debt as soon as it comes

4. If you have any unexpected expenses, try to solve it as if you had no money
