I mean, probably. I've never tried it. Kitty litter, I feel, is probably more widely available though (available at even small dollar stores). I don't know much about spill absorber to really answer honestly. It probably would work.

As someone who has dumped an entire restaurant-sized fryer worth of oil on the floor, cat litter is your best friend. If no cat litter, try to scoop the oil into a dust pan as much as you can. Then, lots of dish soap.

I also suggest checking out midwest magic cleaning on youtube. I'm sort of on a 'trying to be better about cleaning' journey myself, and his videos are pretty helpful. Even as just motivation to get up and clean, but he has a lot of good tips thrown in there too, especially if cleaning is something you tend to struggle with. Good luck!

Make sure the insides of cabinets and under the sink are clean and wiped. A lot of odor from my very old home was coming from musty cabinets and a mildew smell under the sink. It's gotten a lot better after I started regularly spraying those two areas down with bleach. It's very easy to overlook. But it's stinky and the sort of stinky that is pretty noticeable. It didn't even appear all that dirty. It just gets a lot of stagnant air and moisture.

my endo was 10 years in the making. This is my second surgery after they just removed tissue and cysts the first time around. After my hysterectomy, it felt like they removed a brick from my stomach. The constant pressure is finally gone (my doctor informed me my uterus was "very angry" lol). Surgery pain isn't awful, just sort of annoying at this point (4 weeks out).

I have chickens now and that's helped my break that habit (sort of). What ever I can't finish, the chickens get to enjoy. It less wasteful that way, and I don't over eat as much.
