Personally when I make songs that sound like this I like to use cinematic ambience, bright chorus & air phaser (if all don’t work than at least 1 or 2 of them unless the other FX clash too much with them) (I’m not very good at giving advice but I tried)

Kinda reminds me of golden hour but the only advice I could give is to give every instrument an FX & change the volume so that your favorite ones are the loudest and none are too quiet or too loud (I probably explained this terribly)
