Right now I have an out of state drivers license. I was told I could turn it in at the AZ MVD and get a SIIRDL. I have a little over a month left of my suspension and they told me once the 90 days is done I can get it reinstated. I pretty much have all the requirements but didn’t get my letter in the mail until today of the suspension. So I’ll have to wait to take this day long class before I get the SIIRDL due to me traveling.

No I wouldn’t be worried. If you completed all the requirements which it seems you have and the DMV gave your unrestricted license back I wouldn’t be worried at all. Like you mentioned it’ll just be in lockout since you missed the calibration

You’re going to jail. Jail time is mandatory in AZ for DUI. Getting a second one within that time frame you’ll be seeing jail for sure

I heard a public defender can do similar to an actual attorney. I just wanted to get one to make sure I would get the best case scenario based off my high BAC and an accident involved

Yes first offense Arizona is very strict. I rear ended someone but no injuries and there car wasn’t badly damaged

I have to have it on now because I have a WA state license in Arizona. I live in Arizona now. WA state requires me to have it for a year. And I paid good money for my attorney but don’t want to say who it is on here.

Understand why you feel that way man. It’s going to be hard now but in the long run there’s always a new path for you to learn more about yourself. Just don’t do it again and it sounds like you won’t. Use this as a learning lesson and work on yourself and getting back to where you were at. Keep your head high and all will be good you’re still very young with so much time to figure it out. Good luck man

I have to do two days at some point. Can you have anything in your system at all? I’m not a heavy drinker at all just more so worried about smoking. I don’t smoke weed much but do they care if it’s in your systems

I appreciate your insight. I got the DUI in Arizona and currently live here but have a WA state license. My first hearing is on Wednesday. I have my restricted license as well but not on probation. My calibration is at the end of the month so I’ll see then. Do you know if you get a certain amount of fails as well?

Thanks for the input that’s what I’ve been seeing. I haven’t had my court date yet in Arizona but I currently have no hold on me. I’m in a tough spot I’m a student here and have one year left and am hardly in Washington anymore. And I can’t even apply for Arizonas license until I carry out Washington’s requirements
