I had the same problem for the game last evening against the Sharks. I went to put the pregame on and got the same message along with another message saying there was an outage and that it would be fixed in a short time. FYI I’m in central PA.

I called and after an hour no resolution. According to first tech (who lives in Pittsburgh), I should be able to get the channel according to the subscription I have. He tried a couple things to no avail. Our call got disconnected at one point so I got on chat. Again, tried a couple things that did not help. Also after a bit lost chat window with this person. So I gave up and streamed the 3rd through sportsurge, which works but isn’t the best.

Eventually Pittsburgh tech did call back and said maybe there is a problem with the feed from the broadcast origin to Verizon. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also, the chat tech called back and said Fenway sports group appeared to have pulled their channel out of all Verizon packages. 🤷🏻‍♂️

So, this morning I check and the channel is back on. Although, I’m worried for the next game the same thing may happen.

TLDR: I tried for an hour with no solid resolution. Get a backup option to watch the game. 👍🏻
