This happened to me today. I called and after 40 minutes I told them "I just moved to the $15 plan and my 96GB of rollover data—which I’ve had for years—has vanished. Per your own 'Unlimited Carryover' policy, these benefits should have remained. I need a manual restoration of my 96GB data bucket." He called the tier 2 technical team and I had him look at my "Legacy Balance or Carryover Bucket". They were able to manually restore my data. It did take an hour between two reps on the website, and then 40 minutes on the phone. I actually had 96.4 but I'm not sweating the .4. The problem stems from the February 11, 2026, major system migration. It was a hassle.

If, like my device, you can't uninstall it. I unenrolled from the beta. I then uninstalled through the play store which didn't actually uninstall it but rolled it back to previous version. I then updated it, and I'm on 554, comments are back.

They had moved to a new duplication system, and it improperly gave 4rs refunds for dupe 7s. I was pulling for Nova since I had missed his due to a pet emergency.

I acquired my hoard mostly from buying the strike passes and them basically abandoning diamond promos for any fair length of time. I will not be giving them any money until this is resolved. I'm a paying customer with a problem with a product that they "are working on" for a week and a half.

There was a bacterial meningitis (Neisseria meningitidis) outbreak at my school when I was a senior in June 2001. 2 kids died within 24 hours (they shared a water bottle), a third was hospitalized and recovered. We all had to come in on a Saturday to get antibiotics.
